Refunds

We do not refund any purchases made on our websites (www.frvrmuse.com) Please be sure to read all of the descriptions and what's included before making a final purchasing decision.

All sales are final, and our above companies do not offer any money-back guarantees.

By shopping with us, you recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.

Exchanges

 

We do not accept exchanges. If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, we will surely replace your merchandise with the same item(s).

Claims for replacement must be made within 3 business days of receipt. Please include a photo and description of the damaged/incorrect item(s) and send an email with your order number, and photo of the item(s) received to hello@frvrmuse.com

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Fvrv Muse is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package was not received, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages.

 

 Returned/Refused Packages

Fvrv Muse is not responsible for undelivered packages, or incomplete/incorrect shipping addresses. If your packages is returned to us unopened due to incorrect/incomplete address, refused receipt, or failed delivery, we will process a refund minus the shipping cost and $5.00 restocking fee within 14 days of when the parcel is returned to us by the carrier. Please allow 14 days for payment reversal. We will not re-ship your returned package, or process a refund if the package has been opened.
