Shipping policy

All custom crochet orders are made by hand and require a processing time of 3-4 weeks as stated on the product page. After completion crochet orders are shipped out within 3-4 weeks via USPS shipping to the address you provide during your checkout.

If your product is lost please file a claim with USPS - 1800-ASKUSPS
