Care
Your Loc Extensions have already been washed twice, so there's no need to wash them again before installation.
Once installed, these extensions will grow and mature just like new, natural instant locs. That's really all you need to know about maintaining them. Treat them as you would your own hair, and if you need extra guidance, check in with your personal loctician.
Detangling the Ends
To keep the curly ends looking fresh, dip just the ends in water and conditioner while the rest of your hair stays dry. Gently detangle with your fingers or a comb to keep the ends loose and curly. Skipping this step is fine too, since the ends will simply loc up naturally over time on their own.
Keep in mind that hair is more fragile when wet, so avoid wetting the entire loc when detangling. Wetting only the ends you're working on helps prevent accidentally pulling hair out.
GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. Get locs that last.
